From the heartwarming tweets of Charice pertaining her love for her girlfriend Alyssa Quijano and looking back on the good and bad things that she encountered in her life last 2013, this time her mother Raquel Pempengco finally broke silence in Buzz ng Bayan. Immediately Mommy Racquel mentioned that she’s very open to talk and reconcile with her daughter who finally moved on with her life. She mentioned she and Charice’s brother had moved on too and wanted to settle things with her. According to her she accepts Charice decision which was coming out and changing her image from what everyone known about her during her stint in Little Big Star until she entered the entertainment scene.
But in regards with Charice’s partner Alyssa, Mommy Racquel disapproves it. According to her there’s a deeper reason that’s why she didn’t want Alyssa to be with Charice because who thinks the girl is just using her daughter for personal gain. She mentioned to Tito Boy that during the Little Big Star, Alyssa and her mother wanted to take out Charice in the competition and telling bad things against their back. But she also mentioned that if Alyssa really loves Charice she should work out to reunite Charice to her family.
Lastly, in the suicide issue that Charice was involved, Mommy Racquel mentioned that it was painful for her that the news came from her mother rather than her who is the mother of Charice. She didn’t explained that the issue was true or not but she mentioned that it was her mother’s way to express herself if she didn’t get what she wants which Mommy Racquel didn’t elaborated well. With the coming out of Charice’s mother and telling her side will there be a chance for reconciliation on 2014?
