After series of word war between the camp of Kris Aquino and ex husband James Yap for the welfare of their son Bimby and the recent was during Father’s Day, both of them finally met in court to settle things for their son. Due to the gag order issued to both camp, they cannot fully described the arrangement between the two of them regarding the sharing their son. But according to one of the insiders of The Buzz one of the things that was settled was James Yap will be shouldering the school expenses of Bimby amounting to Php 700, 000 every year which Kris was paying alone since she enrolled their son to an international school.
Early this year, Kris Aquino together with her sister appeared on a live interview with Ted Failon in TV Patrol narrating her situation with James Yap at the same time announces her resignation from showbiz. But few weeks after coming from her vacation with her sons, the management of ABS-CBN wanted to finish her contract first before leaving showbiz that time she still has Kris TV and Pilipinas Got Talent Season 4.
But controversies never stop the gag order issued to Kris and James. During Father’s Day in an interview Kris mentioned that she tried to communicate with the camp of her ex husband regarding if he wanted to have time with his son. Unfortunately, James was not in the country and with her allege girlfriend on a vacation. But now after the conference they did that includes sharing of rights on their son will it finally settle the controversies between the Kris and James?
