Opening on July 2013 in all cinemas nationwide, Walt Disney Pictures releases the official character posters of the much-awaited Lone Ranger movie that stars Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp. Directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, they are the team behind the success of Pirates of the Caribbean franchise that includes Depp as one of the main actors of the fantasy-adventure film.
Meanwhile, the Lone Ranger is a thrilling adventure infused with action and humor, in which the famed masked hero is brought to life through new eyes. Hammer will be playing the title role who was known to be John Reid an ex-Texas Ranger and became victim of greed and must need to hide himself with a mask in order to give justice to his place. While Depp will be playing Lone Ranger’s side kick named Tonto a Native American spirit warrior that helped Reid to become the masked hero.
The Lone Ranger also stars Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson and Helena Bonham Carter. Opening in all theaters nationwide, the action western film that has a touch of humor was based from the American Old Western characters with the same name and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International through Columbia Pictures.
