Universal Pictures brings another comedy film entitled Identity Thief that stars Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman and will be distributed locally by United International Pictures through Solar Entertainment Corporation. The crime comedy film was directed by Seth Gordon, the director behind the success of Horrible Bosses.
Identity Thief follows the real Sandy Bigelow Patterson an account representative played by Bateman who lives halfway across the United States and wanted to hunt down Diana a con artist played by McCarthy who uses the identity of Patterson in order to her shopping sprees like the rest of her victims. It takes Sandy a week in order to find Diana and make her pay for her debt but it wasn’t easy for to bribe, coax and wrangle her the 2,000 miles to Denver because this con artist knows how to handle victims who strikes back at her.
Expect a hilarious and riot scenes in Identity Thief that also stars Jon Favreau, Amanda Peet, T.I. and Génesis Rodríguez. It will be distributed by United International Pictures through Solar Entertainment Corporation nationwide.
