After the official announcement of Toni Gonzaga as the host of the The Voice of the Philippines that will be airing soon on ABS-CBN. Another announcement was made and the Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo will be joining the four coach-judges of the reality-talent show of the Kapamilya network that will bring out the best of every contestant who dreams to be the next singing sensation just like Sarah.
Sarah Geronimo was the first celebrity to be announced as one of the judges at the same time the announcement of her show Sarah G Live that will be airing its final episode on February 10, a week after they celebrated their 1st Anniversary. The official statement was made by Bong R. Osorio Head of ABS-CBN Integrated Corporate Communications and it says:
“SARAH G Live” ends on top of its game with its last episode airing on Sunday, 10 February 2013. After a year of bringing world class performances to Filipino viewers here in the country and in TFC markets around the world, Sarah Geronimo moves on to fulfill other commitments. The pop star, who recently renewed her contract with the ABS-CBN, will sit as one of the judges of “The Voice of the Philippines,” and will soon have her own drama anthology. Sarah is also busy filming her upcoming Star Cinema movie with John Lloyd Cruz.
Sarah being a product of A Star For A Night in IBC 13 and other talent search that she joined before makes her one of the best choices to be The Voice of the Philippines. With her experience in making her way to reach her dreams she will truly understand and mentor the aspiring contestants of the reality show as they find the right person to be the next singing sensation in the Philippines.
