It will be a shocking revelation for the popsters and supporters of Sarah Geronimo who religiously watched her weekly top-rating musical variety show entitled Sarah G Live on ABS-CBN. After celebrating its first anniversary last February 3, the show announces the final episode of Sarah G Live that will be airing on February 10 on the Kapamilya Network at the same time ABS-CBN releases the official statement of the said ending of the Sarah’s show including the reason.
Here’s the official statement of ABS-CBN regarding the sudden decision to put the show on its final episode:
“SARAH G Live” ends on top of its game with its last episode airing on Sunday, 10 February 2013. After a year of bringing world class performances to Filipino viewers here in the country and in TFC markets around the world, Sarah Geronimo moves on to fulfill other commitments. The pop star, who recently renewed her contract with the ABS-CBN, will sit as one of the judges of “The Voice of the Philippines,” and will soon have her own drama anthology. Sarah is also busy filming her upcoming Star Cinema movie with John Lloyd Cruz.
The said statement of ABS-CBN was given by Bong R. Osorio Head of ABS-CBN Integrated Corporate Communications. Sarah will be one of the judges-coach of the much-awaited reality-talent search of ABS-CBN entitled The Voice of the Philippines which will be airing soon. Aside from that she will be joining John Lloyd Cruz in their third movie together as Laida and Miggy in Star Cinema’s It Takes A Man and A Woman that will be showing in cinemas on March 30.
