After being one of the top-rating teleseyes of ABS-CBN for almost 10 months, Princess and I is now counting down to its Royal Finale on February 1, 2013. The teleserye that stars Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, Khalil Ramos, Albert Martinez and Gretchen Barretto is now down to its last three weeks starting January 14.
The last three weeks of Princess and I focuses on the return of Ashi Behati Rinpoche (Barretto) from being exiled with his son Dasho Jao (Gil) after King Anand (Martinez) discovered Behati’s plan to kill his wife together with Mikay (Bernardo) when she was still a baby. Everything was revealed to King Anad by Yin Hwan Di (Nina Dolino) to King Anad during the supposed to be engagement ceremony of Mikay and Jao. Filled with hatred, Bihati will be returning to vengeance against King Anad, Mikay and the citizens of Yangdon.
With Jao being hurt with King Anad’s decision and thinking Mikay abandoned him, will he be siding to his mother and forget his feelings to the princess of Yangdon whom he will be marrying soon? As for Gino (Padilla) who is also a dasho and living with Mikay’s family in the Santol Village in the Eastern Kingdom disguising as ordinary citizen will he be pushing his feelings for Mikay now that Jao’s still alive?
In line with the last three weeks of Princess and I they will be having the final basketball game between Team Jao and Team Gino that will happen on January 20 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
