Sisterakas Press Con Photos with Kris, Ai Ai, Vice Ganda, Kathryn and Daniel

Last December 8, Star Cinema conducted the press conference of the movie Sisterakas at the 14^th Floor of Eugenio Lopez Junior Commercial Center (ELJCC) Building within the ABS-CBN compound. Present in the press conference are Vice Ganda, Kris Aquino, Ai Ai delas Alas, Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla and Direk Wenn V. Deramas. Sisterakas is co-produced by Viva Films and will be showing on December 25, Christmas Day and one of the eight (8) movies included at the 2012 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).

This will be the first time that Kris, Ai Ai and Vice to work together on a movie. While for Kathryn and Daniel this will be their second movie together after the success of 24/7 in Love, a 20th Anniversary offering of Star Magic. Sisterakas follows the story of Bernice (Vice) and Detty (Ai Ai) who are half sisters and their lives were made complicated by Roselle (Kris) who competes with Bernice in the fashion industry. Bernice and Detty were not in good terms because of their parents; Bernice mother was the legal wife, while Detty’s mother was a maid and had an affair with Bernice’s father.

Sisterakas is one of the three movies of Star Cinema for the 38th Metro Manila Film Festival including One More Try and The Strangers that they will be distributing.
