After the success of her One Heart album that reaches multi-platinum along with the songs Sino Nga Ba Siya, Kung Siya ang Mahal and Bakit Pa Ba that dominates the radio airwaves, the Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo releases her 9th studio album under Viva Records entitled Pure OPM Classics. Now available in all record stores nationwide for only Php 320, it contains 12 Original Pinoy Music (OPM) songs from the icons of OPM including APO Hiking Society, Joey Alberts, Rey Valera, Freddie Aguilar, and Nonoy Zuñiga.
The 12-track album includes Handog, Umagang Kay Ganda, Panalangin, Doon Lang, Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin, Tao, Masdan Mo ang Kapaligiran, Malayo Pa Ang Umaga, Sana, Hanggang Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan, Kay Ganda ng Musika and Anak. This is Sarah Geronimo’s first ever concept album that focuses on the great OPM songs which together with Viva they carefully selected songs and arrange it to fit to Sarah and to the younger generation of music lovers.
There will be an album launch of Sarah Geronimo’s Pure OPM Classics album on November 13 at the Market Market Activity Center where Sarah will be performing some of songs in the album and signed albums and posters will be given at the event.
