Award-winning actor, host and singer Piolo Pascual will be performing the official theme song of the most awaited drama-fantaserye of ABS-CBN entitled Little Champ. The theme song is entitled Kung Kailangan Mo Ako which is a Rey Valera. Together with the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra, Piolo will give a new taste to the song that reflects great love and sacrifices. It will be performed by Piolo on ASAP 2012 this Sunday which will be followed by the music video.
The music video of Little Champ with Piolo Pascual singing Kung Kailangan Mo Ako will be aired simultaneously in other channels of ABS-CBN including MYX, DZMM Teleradyo and Cinema One. Meanwhile, the song will be played in Tambayan 101.9 and My Only Radio (MOR) in all regions.
According to Piolo he was excited when he was asked to performed the music video especially when he will be singing it with a live orchestra which is the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra. He said it was a milestone for him to perform in this kind of setting especially it will be his first time.
Little Champ will be the first teleserye that will be accompanied by a live orchestra which shows ABS-CBN is true to its goal of bringing quality show to their audience by making things great including the music video. The ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra is headed by Gerard Salonga as the conductor.
