Airing on July 9 in ABS-CBN’s PrimeTanghali time slot before It’s Showtime, Be Careful with My Heart stars Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap (aka Papa Chen), Jerome Perez, Janella Salvador, Mutya Orquia, and Sylvia Sanchez. The romantic comedy TV series of the Kapamilya Network was directed by Jeffrey Jeturian and Mervyn Brondial. The show follows the journey of Maya (Jodi) who dreams to be a flight stewardess but because she cannot afford to finish her studies she was forced to work in order to add up to earnings of the family until he met Mr. Lim (Richard), a businessman and a widower with three children.
Mr. Lim offers to be the nanny of her youngest daughter played by Mutya. Maya accepts the job offer which she believes it will contribute for her studies and needs of her family. But things get complicated when she started to become attached to Mr. Lim’s children and later to fell in love with her employer. Is Maya ready for the next step of her career from a nanny to Mrs. Lim in the story? Be Careful with My Heart offers a kind of story that is very light, family oriented and give every viewers kilig moments in most of the scenes.
Aside from the beautiful story, Be Careful with My Heart main cast Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap were the ones who sing the theme song of the show. The theme song of the show is Jose Mari Chan’s Please Be Careful with My Heart, with the arrangement done by the musical team of the show they created the song as a duet piece that is perfect for Jodi and Richard which it shows that they have that chemistry and will surely gain huge followers. Be Careful with My Heart also stars Aiza Seguerra, Divina Valencia, and Gloria Sevilla. It will be airing on ABS-CBN’s PrimeTanghali starting July 9 before It’s Showtime.
