Daniel Padilla talks about his album and Princess and I

One of the rising stars of the Kapamilya Network, Daniel Padilla who is also a showbiz royalty and eldest son of Rommel Padilla and Karla Estrada is now making his own name in the entertainment industry. Being one of the lead star of ABS-CBN’s top rating teleserye Princess and I, Daniel shows that he has the talent in acting and at the same time possessing the charisma of a blue blooded Padilla that everyone loves. It was the first time I encountered him during the set visit of Princess and I in Marikina, he has this “angas” personality which Robin Padilla, his uncle has and at the same time he has that playful and warm attitude towards the people around him.

Daniel started in Gimik 2010 as Daniel Ledesma, but everyone noticed him when he played the role Patrick Rivero a rich bad boy in Growing Up and later he maintained this image in Princess and I as Gino Dela Rosa. Being a love team to Kathryn Bernardo who plays the lead role in the teleserye, they gained followers of their KathNiel tandem which became popular to the youth and netizens. Being one of the popular teen stars of today, Daniel maintains his being humble and closed to his family especially his parents who supported him on his career.

He also shared that it was fun working with his fellow actors especially with the veterans where he learn a lot from them. Currently, Daniel is undergoing workshops under ABS-CBN which includes veteran actress Malou de Guzman as one of his mentors to develop more of his talent in acting which he uses in Princess and I and future projects on ABS-CBN.

Aside from acting, Daniel proves that he has talent in singing where he already releases his debut album that is mostly sold out in record bars and already reaches gold few days after its release. His album entitled Hinahanap Hanap Kita under Star Records includes six (6) songs including Hinahanap Hanap Kita, Pagsubok, Paniwalaan Mo, Ako’y Sa’yo, Ika’y Akin, Prinsesa, and Grow Old with You. While in the original soundtrack album of Princess and I entitled Love Songs From Princess and I, Daniel also sing Hinahanap Hanap Kita in this album and Gusto Kita with his fellow actors Khalil Ramos and Enrique Gil.

With all the projects he have right now the album, teleserye, mall tours and TV guestings, Daniel is very thankful to all his supporters who are always their showing their support on him and his tandem with Kathryn.
