Bringing innovation and technology right on your fingertips, SMART unveils and powered the latest HTC smartphones that will be out in the market very soon. I am talking about the gorgeous HTC ONE X and HTC ONE V that offers amazing camera, sounds and multitasking features to make mobile experience fun and exciting especially to those who are always on the go but wanted to capture special moments and enjoy good sounds.

During the pre-launch of the HTC ONE X and HTC ONE V at the Jump Center in SM Megamall Cyberzone few days ago, I had the chance to try and experience the smooth features of this Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich powered smartphones. Here are some of the pointers that you guys should expecting with the HTC ONE series, which as of now SMART haven’t unveiled yet which postpaid/data plan it will fall but of course I am crossing my fingers that it will be under the Data Plan 1000.

HTC ONE X

It’s white and the actual dimension is 134.36 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm. The HTC ONE X has a full HD touch screen with the size of 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 resolution) and weighs 130 grams. What’s good with it is like you’re having a DSLR in your pocket and can take quality photos anytime you want. It has an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus, smart LED flash, and BSI sensor which means you can still take good photos even on low light. It has a dedicated imaging chip because it is a quadcore smartphone. Aside from that for those who wanted multitasking during event coverage or shoot, while taking HD video you can also take photos at the same time without interruption and ensure you better photos and videos at the same time. For those who loves doing moving photos, HTC ONE X has a burst or shutter mode feature where you can capture 20 photos in 25 seconds or 99 photos in 1 minute and you can also have your best photo which the device will select it for you.

HTC has a Beats Audio built-in; you get rich and authentic sounds for your playlist or with your video. It has a 32 GB built-in memory and I am sure you can take photos, load music and videos as many as you want and you can back it up along with your phonebook and calendar.

HTC ONE V

It is an entry level device of the HTC ONE series where it has the feel of HTC Salsa without the Facebook button. It has the sophisticated black-gray design that will compliment to any personality and clothing. Also a quadcore smartphone of HTC that is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, it is somewhat smaller than the HTC ONE X where it only has the dimension of 120.3mm x 59.7mm x 9.24mm with a 3.7-inch touch screen (480 x 800 resolution). HTC ONE V weighs 115 grams and has a built-in 4 GB storage with external microSD memory card slot that can accommodate up to 32GB storage.

It has a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus, smart LED flash, and BSI sensor (for better low-light captures) and has continuous shooting mode captures multiple snapshots feature 20 photos in 25 seconds or 99 photos in 1 minute. Like the HTC One X it has the multitasking feature of taking photos and video at the same time and the audio quality powered by Beats Audio.

Seeing the features and quality of the HTC ONE series, my estimation of the retail price would be HTC ONE X can be between Php 28, 000 – Php 30, 500 ($651-$715), while HTC ONE V is around Php 19, 000 – P23, 000 ($441-$534). But we don’t know yet how much it will cost in the actual market and also what Postpaid/Data Plan it will be with SMART that is the exclusive partner of HTC in their latest smartphone models.
