From the group that conceptualizes Florabel, Crisostomo, Felix, Market on 5th Avenue and Sweet Pea, Chef Florabel Co Yatco introduces another concept restaurant called Elias. It offers century Filipino cuisine that has modern touch to cater all generation of Filipino and foreign diners in Bonifacio Global City. Located at the North East Superblock, Upper Ground Level, 30th Street corner, 7th Avenue, Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Elias by Chef Florabel Co offers an upper class Spanish Era in the Philippines ambiance while their dishes are inspired/named after the characters of Noli Me Tangere – Jose Rizal’s novel.

Having that rich and elegant ambiance, Elias by Chef Florabel Co offers affordability where most of the dishes cost between Php 250-450 and good for 3-4 persons. Here are some of the dishes that friends and family should consider when dining at Elias:

Tinolang Matanglawin - Php 395

Commonly known as Tinolang Manok with Papaya and Buko Meat, this is a perfect dish for those who wanted to have soup, meat and vegetable that is best for a cup of steamed rice. Enjoy the tasteful chicken broth with gingery taste that is very comforting for dinner and lunch.

Binagoongan ni Pia - Php 295

Unlike the usual Binagoongan that is cooked just like adobo and sauteed in shrimp paste, Binagoongan ni Pia is served where shrimp paste is separate from the crispy fried pork chops so that diners can control the taste of bagoong in their dish.

Pilosopong Pinakbet - Php 325

My favorite Ilocano dish named after my favorite Noli Me Tangere character which is Pilosopong Tasyo Mixed vegetables including eggplant, okra, squash, bitter gourd (ampalaya) and sitaw in bagoong isda with Lechon Kawali Chips.

Pinoy Paella - Php 350

Good for 4-5 persons, this Pinoy version of Spanish Paella is considered a full meal where it contains Prawns, Chicken, Pork and Chorizo.

Iday - Php 180

After a hearty meal at Elias, Iday or known as suman with chocolate fondue can give you that sweet conversation with your friends or family while having a warm cup of Tsokolate ni Crisostomo (Hot Tsokolate Eh flavored with Choco Mani) or Antonio (Hot Tsokolate Eh) which is both Php 95.

The restaurant gives you the feeling on how Illustrados, Peninsulars and well to do Filipinos dine in class during the Spanish era, but of course Elias offers a kind of service and menu that is very affordable and easy to the budget of friends, co-workers and family members who wanted a Filipino cuisine that is totally good and delicious and worth coming back.

Elias by Chef Florabel Co Yatco can accommodate up to 100 guests and it is easy access when you visit Bonifacio High Street which is 10-15 minute ride from St. Lukes Global City, Market Market and The Fort Strip. It is just across ROX store.
