It was my first time to visit Flawless and it was in their Megamall branch in 5th floor. At first, I thought that their service is very expensive because of their endorsers and the way they market their clinic including all the billboards in EDSA. Well, that time I don’t care anymore and the only thing that runs in my head is I need a facial treatment for my oily skin that has pimples that time due to stress and dirt. It was Mara who assisted me and recommended me to try their anti-acne facial that cost on P499 which really surprises me because I was expecting it will cost me up to a thousand with that treatment. And later I was treated by Tala one of the dermatologist of Flawless.
I am a very talkative person; I rather want my dermatologist or anyone attending me on my check ups, massage, haircuts, etc to be more conversational. It gives me that comfortable feeling when I have conversing with that one treating me. Luckily, Tala is that kind of person who is explaining my treatment, I usually had my gentleman’s facial in other clinics and it was my first time to undergo anti-acne at Flawless.
The treatment takes more than an hour. While steaming last for almost 10-15 minutes to open my facial force where they can easy clean my face and applies medicines to cure my acne/pimples. During that part of the treatment, my hands were placed inside a muff with warm sands that gives me that relaxing feeling and later Tala massages my hand. It I had my hand massage while having a facial at the same time is like being pampered more with what I just paid – it’s a double treat care of Flawless! Lastly they give me the anti acne mask that is very cold because of the mentholated feeling that last for 20 minutes and after that I feel relax with soft facial skin and luckily I managed to have dinner without having a problem of red spots in my face because of the treatment but with Flawless there’s no red marks that we really hate after facial treatments that last for 2-3 days.
Aside from the affordable facial treatments that Flawless offers, they also offer facial kits that include facial soap, toner and cream that only cost around P1, 000 only. Kits varies depending on skin type or facial treatment; there’s for anti acne, solutions for oily skin, anti aging and rejuvenating and a kit for men skin care. In my case, the Real Gentleman is a kind of kit perfect for me it serves as anti-acne and solutions for oily skin in one. The kit for RG includes soap, which contains salicylic acid that manages break-outs and even out the skin tone. There’s also a toner to restore the skin’s natural pH balance, minimize pores, remove dirt and excess oil – and therefore, acne as well and lastly a cream that contains vitamins C and E as well as aloe vera and pineapple extract to moisturize, soothe, whiten and protect the skin from harmful environmental factors. I don’t like facial cream or moisturizers because of the sticky feeling but the RG Cream of Flawless is absorb by the skin faster so no more wet and sticky feeling anymore.
You may find my post very vain, but I think we need some skin care we all need after all it doesn’t only gives you that clean face alone but it is more taking of yourself in terms of your health and the confidence that it gives to you.
