20th Century Fox and Warner Bros Pictures brings another spoof comedy film entitled Vampires Suck. The parody movie is based from the famous Twilight Saga that introduces the characters of Bella, Edward and Jacob on the big screen. This time the same maker of Scary Movie, Date Movie and Meet the Spartans, Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer will be writing and directing Vampires Suck. One of the stars of the lampoon movie is Jenn Proske who will be doing the role of Becca, the spoof version of Bella in the Twilight Saga, joining her are Matt Lanter (Edward), Chris Riggi (Jacob) and Ken Leong.

Like other parody film, Vampires Suck follows the love story of Becca and Edward, where Becca has also feelings to the other person named Jacob. Proske shares her experience in doing the role where she enjoys working with her co-stars. “I kind of feel a little bit of pressure because I play Becca, the Bella character. Plus, Matt Lanter who plays Edward looks good on set! Matt was amazing. I had never been on camera before and was nervous that whoever I was working with would judge me. He was so willing to teach me tips and was so friendly. We hang out all the time but we’re just friends,” Proske shares.

Jenn shares that she auditioned on the original movie where Vampires Suck was based and she was considered for the role of Alice Cullen, yet she hesitated because she feels that she is not fit for the role, “I knew I felt the Kristen Stewart role more so I had to go in 7 or 8 times,” she recalls. She also shared that both Twilight fans and haters will be enjoying Vampires Suck because of the humor in the story.

Vampires Sucks will be showing in all cinemas nationwide beginning August 25. The film will be distributed by 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros. Pictures.
