>Balls Channel, “the official broadcaster of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™,” will be airing the 64 football matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. The live coverage starts on June 11, Friday at 10:00pm.

Happening once every four years, the world’s biggest and most-watched sporting event kicks off in South Africa where the global game of football takes center stage. The top 32 football nations compete in this month-long tournament for the most prestigious prize in world sport.

Balls Channel will also be airing its new program entitled: “Touchline” – a daily news show dedicated to the FIFA World Cup™. Football Fans can catch all the match results, analysis and previews in this 30-minute football news program. The show which is hosted by Boom Gonzalez, Mia Cabalfin and Marco Benitez will feature what the fans have to say and will highlight their passion for the game in special fan features. Touchline keeps you up to date with everything FIFA World Cup™. Touchline pilots on June 12 at 6:30pm.
