>April 29, Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City – Krispy Kreme formally launches their campaign in the last few days before na 2010 election that will happen on May 10 where voters will engage in a new voting system – the poll automation. In line with this Krispy Kreme uses the new system of the election and converts it on the purchase process of their products, patterned to the new ballot, “KK” created their product form where buyers will shade the doughnuts and other products they wanted to purchase with directions of proper shading of the “Krispy Kreme ballot”. Mark Gamboa, Marketing Manager of Krispy Kreme says that through the “Vote 2010: Dough Your Part” campaign it will help the voters to familiarize themselves to the new election system same thing that the Commission of Election is doing with the Voter’s Education campaign.

With this campaign it will eliminate confusion from the voters with the new system and it will help them to be more careful about it. Aside from this new purchase system of Krispy Kreme, the store that offers delicious and unique doughnuts also introduces a limited Krispy Kreme Vote 2010 Doughnut that will be served in all branches of Krispy Kreme like in
Bonifacio High Street, Greenhills Shopping Center, SM Mall of Asia, Trinoma Mall, Ayala Avenue, Glorietta 4, Robinson’s Galleria, Gateway Mall, Eastwood, and Marquee Mall in Pampanga on May 8 to 10 only.

With this campaign Krispy Kreme advocates not only proper shading of ballots but also the involvement of the Filipinos of this important occasion with no regards of whom they will be voting. Like other company that pushes responsible voting, Krispy Kreme uses their products and the store itself to create awareness and inspire their buyers to go out and vote on May 10, 2010 for the National and Local election. For more updates on the campaign of Krispy Kreme and their products visit http://www.krispykreme.com.ph and be updated.
