After creating a big impression on comedy in television like Friends and Marley & Me, Jeniffer Aniston plays Nicole in a romance comedy film of Columbia Picture entitled The Bounty Hunter. The film is directed by Andy Tennant and co-starred by Gerard Butler (Milo). The Bounty Hunter will be showing in all cinemas nationwide beginning May 7.
The film is about Nicole, a reported and involved in a murder cover-up and now hunted by his ex-husband Milo who is a bounty hunter assigned to truck down Nicole. From the usual crime solving story it levels up to a more intimate bounty hunting chase between the ex-couple making another spark in their relationship.
“Jennifer is obviously a beautiful, attractive, free-spirited, independent woman, just like her character in this movie,” producer Neal Moritz commends on Aniston’s over all characteristic and personality that fits her for the role of Nicole in the film. And Butler seconded Moritz statement after saying that Aniston possessed the attitude that a good reporter has; intelligence, steadiness, and power.
“When Nicole has a story, she’s like a dog with a bone, to the point that she blows off other things – like the court appearance she’s supposed to be at” Aniston describing her character. She enjoys working with Butler especially with the cat-dog relationship roles that they are portraying; Aniston a reporter and Butler a cop. “As Milo is chasing Nicole, he gets involved in pursuing the story she’s trying to break. So they get back into the beauty of what the fun of what their relationship was.” Aniston added.
Also starring Christine Baranski, Jason Sudeikis, Jeff Garlin, Coral Anderson and Peter Greene, The Bounty Hunter is locally (Philippines) distributed by Columbia Pictures and internationally distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing International and will be open in all cinemas beginning May 6.
