>On the April 26, Time Magazine will be releasing a controversial issue that might affect the 2010 National Election in the Philippines. Liberal Party presidential candidate Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III will be featured on Time Magazine that will be out in all newsstands not only in the Philippines but worldwide. Rumors say that US is now positioning on who among the 2010 presidential candidate will be placing their bet, but the magazine denies the said clamor.

The most coveted Time Magazine issue where Liberal Party Presidential candidate Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III on the cover with article entitled “The New Aquino: Can Noynoy Save the Philippines?” written by Ishaan Tharoor. Following Aquino in campaign sortie in Zamboanga City

The cover story on the Aquino issue includes information on the recent campaign sorties of the Liberal Party headed by Noynoy. It also contains info on the life of Noynoy’s parents the late Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino Jr. and President Corazon “Cory” Aquino on how both political icons brought back democracy to the country during the martial law imposed by the President Ferdinand Marcos.

Cory, Noynoy’s mother was featured several times at Time Magazine during her reign as the country’s president after the People’s Power Revolution until her death last August 2010 where she was called the Saint of Democracy as millions mourned. As the anticipated Time Magazine arrives in all newsstands on April 26, Aquino remains on top in all the surveys beating his major opponent Manny Villar of the Nacionalista Party. No one can predict what will be the effect of the Aquino cover on the Time Magazine until it is out on the market.
