>Let’s talk about Climate Change over coffee

>Being true to its social responsibility, Starbucks presents Dialogue @ Starbucks, a monthly forum that tackles social issues and interesting topics that youth, fellow coffee drinkes, advocates and personalities exchange views and opinions over a cup of coffee courtesy of Starbucks.

This month, in line with the United Nation Climate Change Summit at Copenhagen Denmark, Starbucks invites Jose Ma. Lorenzo Tan, CEO of WWF Philippines to discuss issues concerning climate change and what will possibly happen on December 7 at the Copenhagen. With advocates, youth, students and coffee drinkers meeting at the Starbucks Plaza 100, Dela Rosa corner Rufino st., Makati City on December 3, 6:30 pm onwards it will be a coffee night exchanging ideas and hopes of what will possibly happen with our world leaders and they answer on the issue of climate change, marine conservation, carbon emission, adaptation, solid waste management and others.

WWF is known for its campaign Earth Hour that happens ever March and Vote Earth campaign as the group’s handle in making people participate with their opinions and views to make their leaders decide and push on a treaty that will address climate change and other environmental issues.
